Cost of My 8 Point Program

Monthly Cost of my 8 point antiaging life extension program, in Mexico City:

Point 1, good cosmetics, about $10 per month, includes hair dyes, creams and humecants and sun screens. I buy good quality creams, but they last for a very long time so I estimate their monthly cost is not very great.

Point 2, good nutrition... no extra cost.

Point 3, good vitamins... about $50 per month for vitamins and minerals, etc., but I would have taken these anyways as part of my "staying alive" program.

Point 4, good exercise... free.

Point 5, good parasites, dead!... about $1, once every 6 months.

Point 6, EDTA Chelation, each treatment according to the protocol of Dr. Elmer Cranton, about $70 each.

Point 7, Hormone replacement therapy, HRT... melatonin, 6 mgs., about $15 per month. DHEA, 50 mgs. per day, about $15 per month. Human growth hormone, (commonly referred to as GH, or HGH, or rHGH) "Humatrope" by Eli Lilly, 15 i.u.'s about $150 dollars per 15 i.u.) Monthly cost, at the rate of 1 i.u. per day, about $300. Plus cost of alcohol, cotton, and insulin-type syringe, about $10 per month.

Point 8, Deprenyl, about $3 per month. Vinpocetin, about $4 per month. Hydergine, about $20 per month. Nootropyl, about $10 per month. I have stopped taking Hydergine regularly since it is very similar to Vinpocetin, and I can't feel any dramatic results with any of these, so I take them on principle but not because of the results I am seeing.

EPO (erithropoyetin)... $550 for enough to raise hematocrit 4% or 5%, which I did twice to get to about 52% to 54%... then, about $40 per month to maintain it there.

Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, $40 per 60 minute session with 100% oxygen at 1.5 atmospheres of pressure.

Plus, at the start of the program several visits to the doctor, several blood tests at about $70 each, and an electro-cardiogram, about $100. Currently, I visit the doctor to take my EDTA Chelation therapy so I don't pay an additional consultation fee. I take a PSA (prostate specific antigen) blood test every year to detect prostate cancer while it is still treatable, for about $15.

In conclusion: Less than $500 per month, including everything: vitamins, hormones, EDTA treatments, etc. It is "expensive" but it is cheaper than getting old, or than getting sick!
